This set of copper ore beneficiation production process is as follows :
Mined copper ore from the hopper are fed into the crusher for coarse broken, then through fine crusher for further crushing. After fine crushing, ore is fed into ball mill machine uniformly from the vibrating feeder for grinding. Grinded mineral powder enter into the classifier machine, by means of the principle of solid particles' different sizes, different specific gravity, different settling velocity in the liquid,fine mineral powder flotate in the water and flow out, coarse mineral powder sink into the bottom. Overflow mineral particles shipped into the mixing tank for further mixing, provide the condition for the last flotation operation. After mixing, pulp is shipped into the flotation machine for processing flotation operation, add flotation reagents, reagents and slurry mix fully, and mixing in the flotation machine inner and produce a lot of bubbles, useful mineral powder adhere on the surface of the bubbles. Use the flotation machine scraper blade to scrape the useful mineral, thus get the final demand.
Philippines customers copper ore belongs to the low-grade coarse-grained disseminated sulfide copper, through crushing and screening, customers can get copper minerals gangue monomer dissociation, then through gravity separation, can throw away tailings by a large margin. Due to gravity separation is only primary enrichment, so in the beneficiation process, gravity separation is only the method of throwing a lot of barren rock.
